Plymouth’s large, centrally-located building contains a number of gathering spaces that we are happy to share with users and groups from beyond our walls. Our intent is to open our doors to the community in a manner consistent with Christ’s teaching while maintaining the facilities for future use and supporting the mission of our church: Welcoming All, Growing in Faith, Working for Justice and Peace

The Sanctuary

A large space, set up audience style with two upper side galleries. Some flexible seating arrangements possible in the front rows. Perfect for lectures, concerts, film viewings, and worship services.A Steinway grand piano and sound system with hearing assistive devices are available. Use of the 3000-pipe Moller organ can be negotiated.

Memorial Hall

A carpeted mid-sized meeting room adjacent to the Sanctuary suitable for seated or standing receptions, and for mid-sized meetings or presentations. A limited number of tables and chairs are available, as is a sound system with hearing assistive devices. A small kitchen with refrigerator, sinks, and microwave is available.

Capacity: 70 seated audience style, 45 at tables, 75 standing

The Parlor

A lovely first-floor meeting room that can accommodate board-style meetings at tables or informal conversations on couches. Stocked with whiteboard and markers.

Capacity: 15-20 at board tables, 10-12 on couches
Wheelchair Accessible?: With a portable ramp to climb two steps

Kirtland Hall

A double-height gymnasium-style space with a footlit stage at one end and large balcony at the other, suitable for presentations, productions, and large meals or receptions. Tables and chairs are available, as are an upright piano and sound system. Close proximity to a professional-grade kitchen (see Kitchen rates below) and the option to open double doors into the adjacent Adult Education Room for more space (see rates below).

Kitchen

A large, professional-grade kitchen with double-wide refrigerator, eight-burner gas range, two professional ovens, multiple sinks, a professional dishwasher, and serving hatches facing Kirtland Hall (see rates above).

Adult Education Room

A meeting room adjacent to Kirtland Hall suitable for board-style meetings or breakout space. Double doors can also be opened to Kirtland Hall so that the Adult Education Room can serve as a buffet service room for large functions there. Stocked with a white board and markers.

Madison Meeting Room

A mid-sized third-floor meeting room suitable for audience-style presentations or breakout space. A limited number of chairs is available.

Capacity: 45 seated audience style
